The Swedish Competition Authority has given its approval to Com Hem’s purchase of DTT pay-TV platform Boxer.
In June, Com Hem entered into an agreement to acquire Boxer TV-Access AB for an enterprise value of SEK1,330 million (€144 million).

Com Hem received approval for the acquisition by the State of Sweden on September 1, 2016.
