The Croatian incumbent Hravtski Telekom (HT) has introduced a new premium product named Magenta 1.
Targeted at both residential and business customers, it offers the fastest internet access and widest choice of TV content on MAXtv for the former and the best from the fixed, mobile and cloud world in one place for the latter.
Commenting on the development, Natasa Rapaic, member of the management board and CEO residential at HT, said: “Magenta 1 is the result of guidelines that we get from our customers on a daily basis, all aimed at further improvement of our service. The M1 World is open to all residential customers of fixed and mobile services of HT, without conclusion of new contracts, provided that the customers meet the basic criteria, and we will offer them the widest choice of all telecommunications services for all members of the household in one place, including the fastest Iinternet access in Croatia, the widest choice of TV content on MAXtv and free calls to all fixed networks of Croatia”.
Sasa Kramar, in charge of the business segment at HT, added: “Magenta 1 Business will give our business customers a flat product including maximum bitrates in internet access at all locations, both in the mobile and in the fixed network. The customer can be sure that the complete infrastructure will always be fully operational, because he gets a smart Internet platform that provides uninterrupted work with 4G backup. What’s more, we have fitted our internet connection with triple protection against cyber-attacks. And, in order to enable our customers to increase their productivity and to be more flexible in their work, we provided them with cloud storage of as much as 1TB for data storage, so that they can work from any device or location. Therefore, with Magenta 1, our business customers can relax completely”.
